This position is responsible for managing and developing data products within one or more domains, ensuring they provide reliable, well‑governed, and high‑value data to analysts, data scientists, and other data users across the Credit Union. The role combines technical understanding with business insight to lead the full data product lifecycle. This includes intake, scoping, design, development, release, and ongoing enhancement. The Data Product Manager ensures that each data product aligns with strategic goals, fits within the enterprise data platform, and meets the needs of diverse stakeholders. WHO YOU ARE

You are a data savvy product thinker who thrives at the intersection of business needs and technical execution. You understand how data flows through an organization, how people use it, and what it takes to turn complex requirements into clear, actionable product direction.

You’re comfortable owning a data product from concept through delivery, and you bring the judgment to prioritize what matters most.

You communicate with clarity, whether you’re working with engineers, analysts, or business leaders, and you know how to translate between technical detail and business value. You build strong relationships, influence without authority, and keep cross functional partners aligned around shared goals.

You enjoy solving problems proactively, navigating ambiguity, and driving outcomes in a fast moving environment. You’re hands on with data and comfortable exploring datasets, writing basic to intermediate code to validate assumptions, or reviewing dashboards to understand user needs. You care deeply about data quality, governance, and creating products that people trust.
