POSITION AND PURPOSE
| The MSCC Risk and Compliance Analyst ensures that the Member Service Contact Center practices and procedures align with regulatory requirements, internal policies and industry best practices while fostering an ethical and compliant work environment. This role relies on heavy collaboration across the enterprise, specifically Risk, Audit, Compliance, HR, Finance, and Enterprise Project Management. The Risk and Compliance Analyst focuses on monitoring compliance programs, conducting audits, mitigating risks, and maintaining governance structures to protect the Credit Union and its employees. |

• | Compliance Oversight Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs specific to contact center operations. Monitor regulatory changes (e.g., NCUA, CFPB, BSA/AML, TCPA) and assess their impact on contact center procedures. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations. | • | Risk Management Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks within the contact center environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk response strategies and corrective action plans. Maintain and update risk reporting and incident logs. Training & Communication Design and deliver compliance and risk training for contact center staff and leadership. Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison between compliance, legal, and contact center teams. Promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior across all levels of the contact center. | • | Reporting & Documentation Prepare and present risk and compliance reports to senior leadership and regulatory bodies as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of compliance activities, findings, and resolutions. | • | Process Improvement Evaluate and enhance contact center processes to reduce risk exposure and improve compliance efficiency. Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Partner with Quality team on aligning call evaluations with the compliance and risk program. | • | Other duties as assigned. | QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION: | • | Bachelor’s Degree Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field required | | | |
EXPERIENCE: | • | 3+ years compliance, risk management, or audit roles, preferably within a credit union or financial institution. Experience in a contact center environment is highly desirable preferred | | | |
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: | • | Program and/or Project Management skills and knowledge. | • | Strong Policy writing skills | • | Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. | • | Strong communication and presentation skills. | • | Ability to communicate (oral and written) and work well with others in a dynamic team environment. | • | Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within the department, with business unit owners, and others outside of the credit union. | • | Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to present information logically. | • | Ability to positively communicate suggested solutions and alternate outcomes. | • | Ability to multi-task effectively and meet deadlines | • | Ability to work independently with minimal direction and exhibit initiative. | • | Demonstrated ability to think critically and analyze and communicate complex information to all levels of management and staff. | • | Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as Adobe Acrobat Pro and SharePoint. | | | |

WORKING CONDITIONS
| Work time includes weekend and after-hours time, based on organizational needs. This position works in-office where working conditions, lighting, temperature, audio, and workspace are all sufficient. |
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
| Work requires the ability to constantly operate a computer and the ability to read, type, and communicate. Work may require the ability to move work-related supplies weighing up to 10-15 pounds. |
